  • Co-Founder & Head of Strategy

    Emma has over fifteen years experience working in Advertising, Marketing and Sustainability for some of the most well known brands in the UK. Her specialism is exploding reach and impact for brands, initiatives and organisations whose businesses are focused on positive impact and social/environmental good.

    Renowned for her cultural curation, ability to identify emerging voices, and transformational approach to retail marketing and behaviour change, Emma is also a TedX speaker and a Forbes 100 Environmentalist.

    Mel is a proven strategist for brand transformation. Her track record includes driving growth for start-ups and scale-ups, building communities online and offline and making authentic, purpose-driven content that gets brands seen by the right people. With a former journalism background, she is adept at seeking out the storylines that will engage and excite.

    Her specialisms include fostering communities online and offline, distilling the cultural zeitgeist into relatable content, and developing comms and content for brands at the intersection of travel, culture, and sustainability.
